What a fantastic location! The hotel is nestled close to a vibrant nightlife scene and within walking distance of multiple cozy bars. The rooms were spacious and modern, offering a luxurious feel, but the lack of customer service was a letdown. Despite being equipped with a coffee pot, there was no coffee and communication was lacking. However, the homemade bread at the dining area was a delightful touch.

The hotel is close to all the activities that the Stockyards has to offer, in a historic district, and near everything we wanted to do. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the service lacks any customer care. The location is fantastic for exploring the Stockyards, yet the absence of interaction with the staff is evident. We enjoyed the proximity to all the events and attractions in the area.

I couldn't have asked for a better location during my stay! Just steps away from all the happenings in the stockyards, this hotel is truly at the heart of the action. While the service left much to be desired—no one in sight even after being told we got the last room—I did appreciate the convenient access to the nearby bars and activities.
